All orders are carefully packed and shipped from Canada. Please allow up to 7 business days for us to process your order before it ships. During busy periods, new product launches, sales, or holidays, processing may take a little longer. We truly appreciate your patience while we prepare your order with care.

Please note that shipping times do not include processing time. Once your order has shipped, delivery times will vary depending on your location and the shipping carrier.

As soon as your order is on its way, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information (when available), so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Changes to Your Order

Once an order has been placed, we're unable to guarantee changes to the shipping address or shipping method. If you need to make a change, please email us at shop@elhamstudios.com as soon as possible, and we'll do our best to help before your order ships.

Taxes & Duties

Canadian Orders: Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout.

United States Orders: Because all orders are shipped from Canada, your order may be subject to U.S. customs duties, import taxes, or other fees upon arrival. These charges are determined by U.S. Customs and are not included in your purchase price or shipping cost.

Customers are responsible for paying any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees. If these charges are refused and the package is returned to us, we'll refund the cost of your items once received, minus the original shipping charges and any return fees incurred.
